UConn’s Katie Lou Samuelson Out Due to Broken Foot

broken foot6UConn guard Katie Lou Samuelson sustained a broken left foot injury in the game against Oregon State and had to miss the team’s national championship game. She was examined by a trainer and had to wear a walking boot. Her status at the time was unknown, and coach Geno Auriemma at the time had said “I think we’re gonna have to go to practice tomorrow and see what looks really good.”
