Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Insurance
Today’s health care is a complex system of insurance companies, HMOs, and PPOs, each with its own contractual arrangements. As participating physicians with Medicare, Blue Cross and most of the commercial companies, we will try to assist you in your health care endeavors. However, you must understand that we cannot guarantee payment of your claims. The ultimate responsibility is yours for the coverage of services rendered.
